Sometimes God shows us just how perfectly He weaves stories together.
Earlier this month, we had the joy of visiting Skyland Elementary for their final Good News Club meeting of the year. During that special time, we were able to give Bibles to 50 children—thanks to the generosity of a young man named Caleb.
Caleb had been part of a Good News Club himself years ago, and the experience left a lasting impact on his life. For his passion project at school, he collected over 240 Bibles to donate to children.
Caleb’s gift came at just the right time. While Skyland students were thrilled to receive their Bibles, his donation also helped meet a growing need. We had been praying for more Bibles for our upcoming summer 5-Day Clubs, as our supply was running low. Caleb’s donation was a wonderful answer to that prayer, ensuring that every child had an opportunity to take home God’s Word, the Bible, this summer.
When we met Caleb at Skyland, he shared how much Good News Club had meant to him growing up—and how special it was for him now to help others receive the Good News. We are so grateful for Caleb’s obedience to God's leading and the beautiful way he helped answer a prayer at just the right moment.
Caleb’s story reminds us: no matter our age, God can use each of us to plant seeds of the Gospel. And in His perfect timing, He brings about the harvest.
